Request deletion of your Moki account and the personal data associated with it.
Before you request deletion
Submitting this form does not delete your account immediately. Our team reviews every verified request and acts on it as soon as reasonably possible. Some financial, transaction, fraud-prevention, or regulatory records may need to be retained even after your account is closed, for as long as we are legally required to keep them.
What happens when you request deletion
We verify that the request comes from the account owner before taking any action — you'll receive an email to confirm it.
Once verified, your request is reviewed by our team, who will close your account and remove the personal data we are not required to retain.
Certain records — such as completed transactions, identity verification records, and records required for fraud prevention or by financial regulation — may be retained as required by law, even after your account is closed.
You will receive a confirmation email at each step of this process.
