We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the platform, meet legal and regulatory requirements, and resolve disputes. Records connected to regulated financial services are subject to retention obligations that may require them, or our partners, to be kept for extended periods (commonly five to seven years or longer depending on the jurisdiction). Partner and affiliate records, including referral tracking and commission data, are retained for the duration of the partnership and for a reasonable period afterwards as required by applicable law. When no longer required, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.

We take practicable steps to protect personal data against unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss or use, having regard to applicable privacy legislation. These include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, security testing, incident-response procedures, and staff training. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if you have security concerns, contact us.
In the event of a data breach, we will handle and, where appropriate, notify affected individuals and the relevant authority in accordance with applicable law and guidance.
